Cost of the Conference
(includes conference fee, lodging and meals)
200 Euro, per person for a double or a triple room.
265 Euro for a single room.
Children:
Babies under 4 years are free, 4-10 years are half price and from 11 it’s full price. For partial attendance, the price is prorated as in this table:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE REGISTERING
You must register and pay by January 25th, 2027 to reserve a room at the conference venue hotel if you wish to be guaranteed a room. There are a limited number of rooms reserved for us, and they will be reserved on a first come, first served basis, so the sooner you register, the better. You need to pay at the time of registration. After that date, we may or may not be able to add in more rooms for our guests at the conference venue.
If you need to make another arrangement for payment, please write to: conference@gurukul.edu to see what is possible. Please hold off filling out the registration form until you have contacted them and received instructions for registering.
If you register after January 25th, the conference venue hotel may or may not be able to give us additional rooms. If there are no longer rooms available at the conference venue, you will still be able to attend the conference, but you will need to make your own arrangements for accommodation and transport to the conference venue, and will be charged the conference fee plus for lunch and dinner.
If you don’t want to stay at the conference venue, you may write to Didi Ananda Anuraga: payment@neohumanistfoundation.org, to explore other options. There will still be a fee for the conference and for lunch and dinner at the venue. You will be given special instructions for registering for the conference.
