Valentyna Hrinenko

Valentyna Hrinenko is a teacher working with young children aged 3-4 in a British-style kindergarten, ‘Acorns,’ in Bucharest. She also conduct additional activities for school-aged children (4-6 years old). She is in her second year of studies at the Neohumanist College in Asheville, participating in the NHE Teacher Preparation Program  for Neohumanist educators.  She has experience working in kindergartens, schools, and children’s camps. She also has conducted thematic workshops with Ukrainian refugees in Romania.  She has a 6-year-old daughter, with whom she  spent an extended maternity leave., who inspired her to explore various educational approaches, including Montessori, Waldorf, Tsaregradskaya, and Neohumanism. While raising her daughter, she implemented many ideas and methods in practice, selecting the best ones. This included carefully choosing books, evaluating them, and developing criteria for selection.”
