Liila Hass

Liila is a mental health professional with Master’s degrees in Counselling and Occupational Therapy, and a research background in Yoga Therapy for anxiety. Her postgraduate thesis, presented at a research symposium and featured on statewide television, led to the development of professional training programs for clinicians supporting clients with anxiety.

Liila has worked in schools, rehabilitation settings, prisons, and private practice. She has a strong focus on adolescent and young adult mental health and has facilitated therapeutic groups for neurodiverse youth. Recently, she delivered yoga therapy courses in Tasmanian schools in partnership with Edmund Rice Community Services.

Liila is also a registered Naturopath and certified yoga and meditation teacher. Her holistic, trauma-informed approach integrates evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and values-based practice. She supports teenagers in developing emotional resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper sense of connection.
